Under the age of 18 customers.
DXMdirect.com does not knowingly sell products for purchase by children under age 18. We sell over-the-counter products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use DXMdirect.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian.
Privacy Shield and Privacy Act.
DXMdirect.com participates in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield frameworks and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
