Product Description

We sell RoboCough, RoboHBr, and RoboTablets. These products are over-the-counter (OTC) cough suppressant medicines containing the FDA approved active pharmaceutical ingredient dextromethorphan (DXM) and/or dextromethorphan hydrobromide (DXM⋅HBr) that temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation. RoboCough is our liquid product containing DXM⋅HBr, RoboHBr is our tablets containing DXM⋅HBr, and RoboTablets are our tablets containing DXM. 


Return Policy

You may return new conditioned, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you change your mind upon receiving the item, please write "return to sender" on the outside of the package and return to a US Postal Service (USPS) employee, thereafter USPS will ship the item back to us free of charge. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), or we may decide to allow you to keep the error item free of charge. If you have opened the package and consumed one or more of the items, you will have to pay the return postage to ship the remaining new unopened items for a partial refund of the new unopened items. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If you need to return an item, please complete our Contact Us form with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to let us know in advance that your item is being sent back to us. We will respond quickly to process your return and refund. 


USA Shipping 

All orders are shipped discreetly, with plain packaging and an inconspicuous return address on the shipping label. We pay for all shipping costs to you. We ship to any USA shipping address in the world, including USA military bases and USA territories. All items under one pound (5 bottles of RoboCough), (12 bottles or less of RoboTablets) will be shipped USPS First Class, which usually takes 2 to 5 days depending on your distance from Dalton Gardens, Idaho. All items over one pound are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2 to 4 days depending on your distance from Dalton Gardens, Idaho. 

All USPS Priority Mail shipping has $50 insurance, thus if your item is damaged or lost, you may file a USPS claim for up to the value of $50. You have 30 days from receipt of your item to file a claim with USPS. If USPS approves your claim, they will mail you a check made payable to you. 

All orders are shipped within 1 business day. USPS does not pick up packages on Sundays or Federal holidays. After your order is placed, you will be emailed a tracking number within 48 hours to track your package. USPS's tracking information is not always accurate, sometimes the tracking information is not timely updated, or updated hours or days later, and on a few occasions, we have experienced the USPS update packages as "delivered" and the package is delivered hours later, or the next day. When the USPS employee falls behind schedule on deliveries, they will cut corners to save time, which means they will not scan packages to update the tracking information. 


Worldwide Shipping 

We ship to all territories where our products may be imported with compliance to all applicable laws and regulations, both foreign and domestic. Packages are shipped using USPS as the courier within the USA until they arrive at the Asendia international distribution facility in Los Angeles, CA. From there, packages are processed and sorted onto planes which then fly the packages to the destination country's border. After the package clears Customs, it's then handed over to a local courier within the destination country for final delivery. Transit times for individual shipments can often vary based on many variables, but all packages are fully tracked and backed by our delivery guarantee. If for any reason a delivery issue occurs after your package has cleared Customs, then we recommend contacting the courier who is handling the final delivery within your home country. For example, if tracking indicates that delivery was attempted but now the package is being held for pickup somewhere, then you should copy your international tracking number into ParcelsApp to see which specific local courier has it. ParcelsApp will also show you that local courier's tracking number associated with your package, which isn't generated until after Customs clearance and is different from the international tracking number that we originally gave you. When you contact the local courier, be sure to give them that local tracking number, because that is the tracking number by which they will recognize your package.
