How long does international shipping take?
Standard International Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for final delivery to all countries. If you choose to pay extra for FedEx Expedited Shipping then delivery usually takes 1 week or less. All packages are fully tracked and backed by our delivery guarantee. Note: both shipping options might not be available during checkout, depending on which country you’re ordering from.

Make sure the shipping and billing addresses both match the ones that are on file with your bank and retry your order. If that doesn’t work then the transaction is likely being blocked by your bank as an automated security measure. To resolve this, you can simply call your bank to tell them that you authorize the transaction, or you can try using another payment method such as a different credit card, a prepaid card, or cryptocurrency.
If you decide to use a prepaid card then make sure that the prepaid card is loaded with at least a little more money than the exact cost of your order. This is important to cover the possible international and currency conversion fees from the card network; otherwise the prepaid card might still be declined if there’re not sufficient funds to cover those fees. Not all cards charge international processing and conversion fees, but the ones that do usually charge approximately 5% of the transaction.

What is the difference between RoboTablets, RoboHBr, and RoboCough?
What is the difference between RoboTablets, RoboHBr, and RoboCough?
The difference is that RoboHBr™ contains dextromethorphan hydrobromide (DXM HBr), which is the form of DXM that is used in most over-the-counter cough medicines worldwide. RoboTablets™, however, contains dextromethorphan (DXM) as a free-base form, without any hydrobromide (HBr) component.
The physiological effects from these two drugs are very similar since they’re both just a different salt of the same active pharmaceutical ingredient. However, the technical difference is that DXM HBr (RoboHBr™) can feel slightly more sedating/relaxing than DXM (RoboTablets™) simply because the HBr component is known to be mildly sedating on its own. RoboCough™ contains DXM HBr, exactly the same as RoboHBr™, however RoboCough™ is formulated as a liquid syrup instead of tablets.
All of these products are approved by the FDA as cough suppressants. Each product has people who prefer one over another, and ultimately the only way to really know which product you personally prefer is simply to try each of them. Generally though, RoboTablets™ is the most popular product.
